Trasnational Meeting in Syros

Transnational Project Meeting - Smartour project with study visits at Hermoupolis Heritage and Chamber of Commerce of Cyclades in 26th-27th June of 2024.

Syros island

 All partners have identified relevant best practices linked to Sustainable and Smart Tourism in their countries and outside their countries. A report with a summary of the common points of those practices and an interactive map have been created and disseminated. The Best Practices report also includes a  transferability section, in order to support partners in the identification of the practices and sustainability actions that can be transferred to other regions and must be used as guidelines for the creation of the training curricula and the training materials. 

Totally we :

• Establishing the visual identity of the project 

• Development and maintenance of the project website 

• Creation, distribution, and translation of dissemination materials and e-newsletters 

• Creation and development of the communication toolkit 

• Creation and Monitoring of the dissemination plan 

• Preparation and organisation of dissemination events 

• Cross-dissemination and project presentation at third-party events 

• Signature of the sustainability and long-term exploitation agreement

• Creation of the elearning platform, as expected on the project timeline, the creation of the structure has already started. The main functionalities will be refined and defined after the A3.3. Train the trainers activity.
